That's not how it works.
The build of buys at 11c, without a corresponding dump, will naturally push the SP higher. Regardless of new.
Not everyone likes to wait in a queue, some people are willing to pay 8-10% more off the bat, in anticipation of gains.
What is the difference between $0.011 and $0.012, if you believe SP will hit +$0.002 in next week or so, and so on.
