Then please tell me where the intention of a performance is when the resource has 70 MT which it will surely have, otherwise the BoD would not communicate the number. This goal has to do with performance as little as if you ask a porsche driver to drive with his car over 130 mph.
To agree 70 Mt would be ridiculous and certainly not to 0.45.
Some investors unfortunately do not learn from past mistakes.
