Really good find @Thesi.
Looking at all of the production figures, timelines and outlay, they have pretty much spelled out Sal de Vida without naming it.
We knew FMC have to meet their supply commitments, and have a significant gap with their existing assets. Joe Lowry has always asked 'how' they were planning to meet their production claims.
A few posters on here including yourself, @bobsacramento and @airconditioner had also anticipated FMC would be an option for Sal de Vida partnership purely based on proximity.
The involvement of FMC and Nemaska also makes me wonder how this may eventually tie in with James Bay.
Also, I wonder how the 10 year off take deal comes into play which the GXY CFO alluded to.
The only aspect of these minutes which make me doubt it could be GXY is that the GXY CFO mentioned the word 'traditional' auto maker. Tesla is not a traditional auto maker, so that leaves me a little curious.
