Be careful to observe this condition of the offer - I am not sure if an individual, and the individual's SMF is counted as the one (beneficial) shareholder. Should this be the case then what are the consequences? - do they cancel both applications for breaching the listing regulations?
"The maximum investment for each shareholder is $10,000. If you receive more than one offer (e.g. due to multiple registered holdings), you may only apply for a maximum of 14,705 New Shares in aggregate across those offers. For example, you may apply for one maximum parcel of $10,000 for one holding or, alternatively, apply for parcels of New Shares across multiple holdings so long as the aggregate total amount applied for across those holdings does not exceed $10,000."
