Plenty of $8-$10m capped explorers with $500k-$1m around - and little hope of ever making it....

Roll the dice with one of them, or roll the dice with a $4m capped gold/silver producer with a mining camp in a known gold bearing region, recent updated equipment, and planned for increased throughput in the coming months
