If PLS can't sort out a DSO I can't see how on earth CXO would be able to get one organised. I'm more than happy to be wrong but this latest announcement appears to be peddling a bit of false hope by referring to "advanced DSO discussions". The vague language used in reference to Ringwood is straight from the Zola playbook which unfortunately is all too fresh in the minds of holders.
