It's because i firmly believe WOR is massively overpriced... esp at $13.40!! Bit busy atm but yr question deserves a more detailed answer and i'll explain why in future posts.
One possible reason/consquesnce for/of a high price is that DAR wish to exit WOR and take profits. Afterall they bought 20% at $10.40..... a tidy profit beckons.
