Anyone have any rough idea what takeover price would be? Earnings over next year up towards $30 mill multiplied by 5-10 times gives valuation 150million to 300 mill with little premium. Share price currently valuing co at 40-50 mill so looking at 60-1.20 per share for takeover?i actually don't know what I'm talking about though- any thoughts from anyone who doesn't know what they're are talking about when it comes to takeovers and what we would be looking at?
