It's been on the public record for a long time that JR Restaurants is a part of BRL, which HML has a stake in. The Johnny Rockets thing was announced ages ago and has started to come to fruition. Along with the WingStop announcement, we're actually talking about HML putting in a small amount to potentially get some return. What's the problem, what's with all the negative reactions? Sure, it's now clear that HML "isn't for you", but if you've done some research none of it should be a surprise.
