As far as I'm aware, and I may be wrong, but these are share based payments into the reserve. they're not cash outflows. Not sure what that means in the future but it won't impact the cash amount for the next year at least i'm guessing.
Would love it if someone could clear up exactly what that $11.4mil expense means for the company because it is a worry.
