Not good for 2018 FY when burn through $230m for construction, 5mt pre feasibility study another $25-30m ,targets for management was more exploration drilling $$$ that's before management fee's , rents, interest on bonds ect ect
More share dilution to pay for all this ?without income possibly end of 2018FY or start of 2019FY
More down side then upside in the short term imo would of been better off waiting for free cash flow to pay for this years management targets
