i read someone stating what if ICE2 is a duster ??

that is somewhat completely impossible..

the hydrocarbons are there, so no possibility of duster...
just a matter of what flowrate can be achieved NOW, and if that does not indicate that it is commercially viable, then it would be placed on ice, until such time that relevant technology exists in order for it to become commercially viable )

having read that article about the Ruski fracc. process giving 1.7 to 6 times higher productions, i have to say... "we have nothing to worry about... it's just a matter of timing" ))
