1. Why do you think MB cost us a lot of money?
2. I agree it was the whole Board so neither MB or RM can be solely accountable.
3. You are being far too generous to Bergen & the Board who underfunded the acquisition and used them.
4. You ignore the critical point ie that Jef has been seriously conflicted to get himself paid an earnout. If the script goes like all other before we will be dissapointed with this years Dia sales (because they were brought forward into last year)
