SEZ set-up may see UTZ produce basic conc. then throw bags of 90-95% 'over the fence' to 'arms-length' MTT who then process up to 99+%.
Maybe they can share a truck, couple of staff and save on bags?

Split could be viewed as absurd given apparent simplicity of single plant to produce high purity conc. through simple flotation. AGM 2016: "99% TGC and up to 99.6% TGC from basic flotation for sub-300 microns concentrate"

So maybe UTZ/MTT share processing plant with line of paint on floor denoting tax exempt section?
Some may regard common facility as 'crazy brave' given current climate in Tanzania and 'bulldozer's' views of corporate tax receipts or lack thereof.

Also interesting no mention of spherical graphite production in any announcements regarding MTT.
Spherical Plant would need seperate DFS and further capex in addition to 2016 BFS for any funding due diligence. Though probably just a minor detail for a colossus straddling the global stage...
