Following, along with the verse you posted (creation) I have included a few more of Many.
In the following verses, it is very clear, the combination of God's word, (obviously starting with thought), with His Spirit (as he is a Spirit), things were created.
Following the verses, I ask a few questions and I'm not asking for the purpose of condemning or anything like that, just trying to understand and seeking answers?
Revelation 4:11) “You are worthy, Jehovah our God, to receive the glory and the honor and the power, "because" you created all things, and because of your will pleasure they are and were created. came into existence and were created.”
Isa 45:12 – I have made the earth and created man upon it: I even my hands, have stretched out the heavens and all their hosts have I commanded.
2 Kings 19:15 Part thereof – thou art the God, even thou alone, of all the kingdoms of the earth; thou hast made heaven and earth.
Neh 9:6 – Thou, even thou, art Lord alone; thou hast made heaven, the heaven of heavens, with all their hosts, the earth and all things that are therein, the seas and all things that are therein.
Psa 104:30 Thou sendeth forth thy Spirit, they are created: and thou renewest the face of the earth.
Psa 148:5 Let them praise the name of the LORD: for he commanded (spoke) and they were created.
Isa 42:5 Thus said God the Lord, he that created the heavens, and stretched them out; he that spread forth the earth and that which cometh out of it; he that giveth breath unto the people on it and spirit to them that walk on therein.
As you will see there is Absolutely NO hint of a helper, master worker helping God in these verses Whatsoever = Zero.
The ours and us in Gen lends No support to a master worker as Gen is very clear where that is mentioned, that God actually did and had hands on, so to speak and Jesus confirms this as well.
So, I'm trying to understand peoples minds, thoughts when they see the likes of these verses?
Do you pretend their not there, brush aside.
Do you even realize your brushing them aside if you do?
Are you actually having a good look at them?
Do you think it's possible the mindset/belief you have in this area could possibly be determining their meaning and not what their actually saying?
I say it is the case, that God created all, hands on etc, lets say that is the case, does or would that create Serious implications for quite a lot of your belief?
And for that matter, God being The Word as I say, if that be the case, does that likewise create serious problems for you belief, if so, would you mind explaining exactly what?
Yes I understand that God used others for various events, BUT that/it, simply does not show up on the creation accounts. That is also regardless, as to whether you think creation happened over a longer period, it was still God's word and Spirit.
