Stuck rods

so they have stuck the rods and twisted the stem off, a complete disaster from a operational point of view.
My suggestion is to pull of that site, regroup, hire a experienced engineer who has local experience and relocate 100
yards away as more time spent on this current location will cause more costly delays with nothing to show for it, im not sure why this contract was not awarded to a compentent drilling outfit instead of trying to do it on the cheap inhouse !
