    IMO NOR is very close to breaking its long-term downtrend... 1 to 3 weeks longer IMO.... The Big Boys are not quite done eating yet... hehehe

    IMO the non-holding down rampers (previous NOR holders) aren't capable of envisioning a future for NOR due to past trauma caused by NORs under performance and their financial strain...
