I am with optusenet cable. They manipulate your datamonitor meter. So that your download limit finish soon and they try their best to push you to buy a furter plan so you pay more dollars.

The billing companies hired by optusnet "PROMISE" their employers that they will make them money, no matter to cheat the clients. So these employees of the Billing companies are trained, How to cheat their clients. And they cheat the people ruthressely.

The optusnet also cheat me on my telephone bills. If I make 100 calls a month, their billing department trained cheaters type calls, 130. So I have to pay more dollars for these 30 calls. If they cheat every consomers, they are making millions in cheating. Optusnet cheat me on my internation calls, national calls and calls to the mobiles.

Recently I was testing my mobile. I ran the mobile may be 10 times. The mobile was lying beside me and I never turn it on and still they billing people put two calls on false numbers. Suppose I ran 0404247557, they billed me on 0404289290. On both calls they charges me 60 cents. I rang thebilling department of optus and I requested him not to cheat me because of I never rang these numbers. He then said that he will make a refund of 60 cents. I said thanks.

It is only 60 cents from me. What about other hundereds of thousands of costumers. Mate, the optus telephone company cheat in millions.

For they cheated me on other bills and I took the matter to ombudsman and optus refunded me the cheat and promised me not to cheat again.

But they still try their best to cheat me. I think I am getting smarter day by day.

Their billing companies cheat for optus millions of dollars every year from their customers and they make more money in cheating than a honest business........
