The latest directors change on 1st August

Number acquired 1,000,000 Options exercisable at $0.05 on or before 31/12/08

Number disposed 2,777,778 Options exercisable at $0.05 on or before 31/12/08
3,577,778 Ord Fully Paid Shares

Apparently the nature of change was on market.

So when I check volume for the 1st August there were only about 1 million fully paids traded

Why don't the figures add up? Alos why would the guy dispose of over 2 and a half million oppies and buy a mil of the same oppies back?
