Its not going broke at 30% gearing levels. It is profitable and sentiment can't get much worse than it currently is. It's being sold off like it won't exist in a couple years time.

What are people's thoughts on the most devastating thing about this companies prospects. To me it's the failed takeover, which to me is a non event, more than likely the result of management rejecting two low ball offers.
