did you notice how they had to re-release the takeover announcement - they left out that magic phrase "in absence of a superior proposal" in the first annoucement.
I've got a few hundred thousand shares in this company most of which were acquired after the 17 may announcement - I think the 95 cents offer is a bit on the cheap side - the annoucement uses fy06 multiples to justify the offer price. 06 was not a great year for this company and 95 cents could prove very cheap over the next few years. Hopefully a better offer will come along. I'd rather hold for the longer term than take the 95 cents.
