    Today is "the last harrah- the 15.5cent divvy." and investors are ignoring that, SP keeps falling.

    Likely your prediction is right: "that's why i predict this to sink to $3.20 about a month after ex divvy."

    Also don't forget the next following dividend in 6 months is now set to 6.5 cents (=22-15.5). Investors will park their funds somewhere else for better return.
