The participants haven't been disclosed, however there is clearly more than one note holder. @thegoodoil21 is one of the holders but he said that he didn't get offered security.
Someone mentioned at the time that Kabunga is probably one of the holders with security. That hasn't been confirmed but I would not be surprised if it's true. Looks like that could have been the play when they raised the $1 million, security means if it all goes sideways they walk away with the asset.
A good deal for them but shareholders get nothing.
