About 8.5m VRC shares traded hands today. Are those who bought shares enlightened people who can foresee large future profits, or are they muppets who are throwing their money away??

One assertion made by the anti-VRC club is that the company will not be able to raise money because of its poor financial position. This is totally ridiculous because if it was fully financial it wouldn't need to raise money in the first place!

The investment companies which may be considering funding the needs of VRC would only be considering 1 thing; "Will this be a good, profitable investment?" On that basis it is the purity and the grade of the ore, the cost of setting up a mine and production, the transport costs and the profit margins that determine if they will provide VRC with the funding required. And no one has jumped on board yet, but VRC isn't the only Graphite company without definite funding!

Unfortunately the massive demand for Graphite from 15 new battery gigafactories is still 2 or 3 years away. And the massive, massive demand for graphite by the 100 to 200 new gigafactories that need to be built to supply the EV car production, and the grid/home/business battery storage demand is still 8 to 18 years away!

MNS, BKT and WKT will all need about $200m to $300m in funding each, to establish their mines and production facilities.

If VRC's sp continues to fall, or stay lower than 2c, it will not receive the $4.8m it is relying on from the conversion of its options at the end of December! That could well indeed be game over!

VRC’s financial position is poor and its future is under a cloud. However it is not yet game over! And all it would take to change its status is just 3 words, “We have Finance!”
