You can't dismiss the opinion of Jim Rogers, as he virtually never gets it wrong. In fact I have read articles and sections of books on him and it had been decades since one of his market hypothesis was incorrect. He worked along side George Soros for many years in the Quantum Fund, which to this day is the most successful hedge fund ever created and operated. It's returns exceed Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway, but Soro's is only worth $7Bil as he didn't work for as long.
