Hi Barney,

I sent the below to the ASX at the link below.

Perhaps everyone can send something similar we might be able to get them to do their job.

"My enquiry relates to the relisting of Birimian Ltd. Code BGS.
The company has applied to the ASX to relist on disallowed.
I have been informed by the Directors that the application is currently with the ASX and it is out of their hands.
Could you please advise if there are any matters that is stopping the ASX from relisting the company given the findings of the corporate review that was disclosed to the market on 16 August?
Further can you advise when the company will relist if there are not any matters that the ASX require clarification of?

The current Directors have carried out an exhaustive review into the previous issues with this company and are remedying the previous directors incompetence.

Why are shareholders be further penalised with a continuing suspension without being notified of the reason for the ASX not granting relisting. The current Board cannot give shareholders any further information because they have submitted the relisting application and it is the ASX responsibility.

Could you please respond urgently as all shareholders are being penalised for no apparent reason in my opinion.
