    I'm buying more to average down to bail into a few more stocks on the next P&D I have pegged that are actually legit businesses and not RTO's which should net a return. Change in value on one of my portfolio's with WGL today
    The good thing with WGL it's inevitable leaky ships have opportunity. It is a joke of a stock though no doubt there. What has WGL actually achieved this year?

    They have definitely lined the pockets of ex-directors. Anything else?
