Do not think the market is asleep. The market very well knows what happened between LIT and LPD and that because of that both are in a shitty situation with the "enemy" owning more then 15% of the company. Until that problem is resolved LPD is facked!

One way is to drive up the SP and let LIT sell out for a nice profit. The other is to keep the SP down and try to force LIT to sell at a loss. Judging by the lack of movement of our SP I guess LPD (or most likely Bacchus) is doing the latter.

Given that LIT is clearly the "enemy" I agree (for now) with the strategy in trying to get them to sell at a loss. LIT is very low on cash so at some point they will have to, or at least want to, sell their LPD ownership for cash. And if possible LPD should revoke LIT's L-max licenses at the same time they are selling the LPD shares. I guess best deal would be if LPD and Bacchus buys all the LPD shares from LIT and offer to do this slightly above market rate in return for the L-max licenses. Would be sweet, not likely to happen, but nice to dream about.
