Actually I would not be sure even if this new issue is going ahead as RMA have not even kept to what they have written in the prospectus.

In the disclosure document they state that there should have been a notice of meeting (meeting to be held on 31st July) to be issued on the 29th June 2007, unless I'm going blind I could not see any notice, neither could I see any results of the GM which should have been held on the 31st July.

As the offering should have closed on the 31st you surely would have also anticipated some feedback to the ASX on how the offering ended up, especially since that the new shares were scheduled to be quoted 14 days after the closing of the offer (31st July)

I would say that directors of RMA have again stuffed up by not completing the share issue, after having to be forced to revise the original, then also been negligent in to notifying the shareholders and ASX of this.

But then again perhaps we should be happy if the new share issue does not proceed.

Good corporate governance ……. Again the Directors of RMA usual incompetence….. time for a change I hope
