    Settle....I am not saying they "are" going to do a capital riasing, I am saying they "will" need to do a capital raising at some stage. They have an aggressive drilling program planned and not much cash..

    This name is full of spec money , a nasty shakeout was overdue, I hope you all had some cash to take advantage....
