    They managed the `commodities boom...what they built and invested in infrastructure...umm i think you'll find the only thing they have done is kept wages low via the new ir laws.
    As to whether they managed the property market i think you'll find they will be seen in the next few years as a very poor economic manager who didnt know when to apply the brakes and created a two tier society that has made housing unaffordable and rent to rise out of control to pay for peoples repayments.
    Why do you think we have an affordability crisis...cause they allowed loose lending policies to be allowed

    Many of those who bought in the last few years will end up with severe financial strains if not bankruptcy...you can blame them but many are uneducated and the government should have known better
