I keep hearing , I bought a property in 2001, 2002 1999 etc blah blah blah.
Thats the past.
If you were to buy a property today, at todays prices what does the future hold. That is the question
So from $74k to $250K is 3.3 times return, so the same equation would be $844k in 2011, I dont think so
Property has had its moment in thge sun for the next decade or so, we will not see the returns of the last few years for many years to come.
that is why not to invest in property now!
