With the revenue growth I used the 8.7% between the two halves of last year and rounded it up to 10%.
With Pegasus I wouldn't expect them to turn a profit on whatever revenue they raised over the next year, or if they did it wouldn't throw the overall calculations out significantly.
While I agree that revenue can go above $30 mil this year I don't think those additions would add very much to Net Profit this year.
Saying that, it wouldn't take much too error in my estimates for this to turn out to have been attractively priced for me. If they got a $7mil profit I'd have missed out, but I'm not gambling on that today.
