couple articles news today.....the rich get richer and the poor move away..........no way home for property outcasts.........
and its not just sydney,,,,,,,,,,woollongong and ballina, gosford, etc prices in 2001 were 150000, now 400,000
others have doubled from 200.000 to 400,000
talked to an aunt yesterday, small town near shepparton less than 500 residents, and houses selling for over 350,000............thats surreal.......
property experts, uni professes etc suggest property will keep rising, take 20 years to correct, and anyone waiting for it to fall over will never get in...........they need to try a different tactic
