Pow Pow .. I thought it would be best to put you're question on this thread, don't want to imposes on the STT thread for stocks

When you say the Is the the FA the same in Crypto's as on stocks, i'm going to assume you & i look for the same things in stocks..

What is the same is that kids have no idea about short - mid to long term holds, also majority like to buy tops or spikes.. It's like the spike is more important then the coin/stock

Now when looking into what coin to buy, i feel backing the big name programers always works out. Vitalik Buterin head of ETH is lead programmer on a coin called OmiseGo ( OMG ) which has done 30 bags in 2 months. Then there is TenX ( TKN ) which he is an investor of which has done 7 bags in 2 months. Both very nice companies in there own right.

LISK you mite have heard me mention is now close to a billion dollar cap co, was about $150 mill few months back, one of the lead programers is also on a coin called SHIFT which has a tinny MC but has done 150% in few weeks

So you could say follow the smart money & back good management stories is something that does work.




A lot on noise is being made regarding crypto's that have a debit card application, TenX and Monaco being the ones that have ripped higher.. I researched & found a coin that is doing the same thing but using NFC chip on mobile instead, tap & go type app.

Have bought into it cos i think Tap & go is the future but the hype of the other two should also lift it, only been a week but 50% up. They will announce beta testing in 4 weeks, i think it will easy get to a 5 bagger


So you could say when a sector is hot, finding the stocks/coins that are of the same space but cheap also works like we do in specs.


There is buying the FA story, this is when i can see the hype coming in from months away, since not meany like a stock that is not moving, it's completely of the raider & dirt cheap.

There is also sell the news plays.. where i take a punt on a coin knowing news is around the corner, usually get a bag out of it.


The best trade is having a combination of the above, good management, basing, news soon ect
