Keep in mind it's now trading at around 75% of price to book value, meaning if immediately liquidated the net proceeds of sale (assets - liabilities) would be worth more than you're actually paying for it now!
Additionally a low debt to equity ratio bodes very well for impending interest rate hikes.... All in all I found it a no brainer to start my investment with a buy-in at 67.7c incl brokerage... Just going to forget about it essentially, and hold it for years to come
