Being honest i think the comparison with NST & Paulsens is a bit sneaky. Here is a look at what NST bought with that deal:
It has little in common with Belleview, other than being underground and high grade. And maybe the SP of NST at the time which was 4.5c!
Not saying this isn't an exciting prospect, but they are an exploration company and a long way from mining at this point, plus the valuation is a bit rich IMO at 9c/$24mill MC.
