The only thing that matters now is the future and how to value it.

Roughly speaking there are 300m new shares and $6m so a CR @ 2c (it's actually a little better than this because the company has burned cash over the past 2 years).

If ADO classic was worth 8c prior and now we diluted about 25% @ 2c then theory suggests it could be valued in the 5-7c range. I doubt that very much despite the actual progress that ADO classic has been made with zero leadership from Belgium.

Dust yourselves off and have a whinge but then move on and decide. We start getting R&D tax rebates again so cash could last up to 2 years and hopefully with the focus of old we might get ADO off the ground again. Best I can see in the next 3 months is 3-5c but with clarity around the future and new leadership then it may get a little further.
