I agree with Chakay.
There is a large increase in both payments to employees and contractors etc when comparing H1 and H2.
I see this as due to increased demand for work/services.
I see confirmation of this in both the Cash Receipts (4c announcements) and the Deferred Revenue figures.
Deferred revenue in the Half Yearly report was $2.45m and this has increased to over $9 million at the end of the year.
