Another attempt to get GPP management to answer questions!, page-4

It has been an ongoing/added to questionnaire of management by myself.
I have been repeatedly asked why I haven't contacted management, I have been trying to get some answers from them for a fair amount of time, and I mean months. It was suggested that the way I address questions maybe an issue, I am open to any suggestion as to where I am flawed in the way I write my queries.
The only defence I can allow management is that the initial questions were actually asked from off the old web site and they have been missed with the upgrade, it doesn't excuse the lack of replies from traditionally sent emails though.
