A recent example is the yen carry trade where the big funds have been making a packet for years.
Now everyone in japan is getting in on the act...a massive amount of japanese housewives are borrowing money at 1% rates and investing it in new zealand at 6% rates...once the houswives get involved its the same as a taxi driver saying to you what stocks to buy...its the end of that market.

Its similar with property now...both here and just about all over the world.

I own 14 investment properties...if it wasnt for me people would be homeless...im a pure socialist providing all this housing for everyone...and people say im a capitalist pig...profit is the last thing im after...i just want to be able to provide cheap rentals for poor joe blow who has been priced out of the market due to other socialists like me...*yawn*
