Someone with a lot of cash doesn't think TRY is balancing on the edge of an abyss.
Whoever it is, is soaking up a lot of cheap stock in their opinion.
I tend to think if a person has that sort of cash to buy/invest/punt, they can't be stupid or reckless.
Time will tell.
