SDL capital raising, page-101

Be Very Careful.
It's very funny how the SP of SDL has increased recently to the point where the oppies are in the money, and going into the credit raising.
Ask your self "Why is this so?"
If you are cynical like me, maybe you may come to the conclusion that there has been no relevant change to SDL conditions over the past few weeks but the share price has doubled.
What will the SP do after the strike date for the oppies?
What will the share price do when the CR has been completed?
I'm guessing it'll be considerably lower than the trading range over the previous six months, but what are your thoughts??
Do you think that you can buy at these levels and still make money?
Very interested to hear what your thoughts are, as there has to be an argument to buy?
