Further to the announcements made by Cape PLC (AIM:CIU) on 21 June 2007 and in
the AGM Statement on 28 June 2007 in relation to PCH Group Limited ("PCH"), Cape
confirms that it has been unable to reach an agreed price with the board of PCH
and, as a result, Cape confirms that discussions with PCH have been terminated.
Should see the share price drop like a brick short term, but will recover and then some which I believe most of us long term holders would be happy with. Much rather give up a quick profit to see this company look after itself...
