That is simply how UOS is!
Wouldn't be buying expecting that the ASX will somehow realise the mispricing and see a huge move up, however provides a nice downside buffer buying such low prices already.
Strong and consistent dividends, high management holdings.. boring but stable. One day, maybe, something will cause the pricing to correct and we can all run round in circles wondering what we should do with our holdings.
Downsides lack of liquidity and no franking credits, but if you can look past that, welcome to the club.
