I would love to chat about NXS...I personally am full up to the brim with NXS and dare not buy any more despite my belief that it is just about the best oil & gas play around. Just have to watch on and enjoy the view as the SP rises past $2.00 in the short term and perhaps much higher with decent results from Echuca Shoals.
It seems to me that the market is sceptical about the potential for ES to really contain a decent Gas to Condensate Ratio. Or perhaps there is scepticism about the potential for the upside case of 10tcf of gas. But even a realisation of the 2tcf target range would add a multiple to the underlying value. At least this is what the company believes based upon the recent presentation. Short term upside is therefore substantial from what is, after all, an appraisal well.
