I agree the salaries are too high but they did not actually increase from 2016 to 2017. In 2016 SH and AV were not employed by Volt for a full year. SH is way too high. He did however buy shares on market at 10 and 5c and has a large holding in the company.
Not sure how the cap raise is going to go. They have a big resource and graphite will be in huge demand. We can still only wait and see. They are after all a start up in the graphite area and need funds to further progress development of the mines.
