i think it's a patently unreasonable proposal. it may be that shareholders don't have a lot of bargaining power however we do have some, and that is with our vote. some will say a no vote will force the thing into liquidation however i do not think the lenders want to be going down that path.. what a sure fire way to lose their $.. they need to sharpen the pencil a bit and amend the proposal again or present a superior proposal fielded externally, for my position to change. And i expect many other holders would have a similar perspective
