Not convinced a cash raise is at hand. Possibly a small placement, but why cause massive dilution at this stage. From my understanding the figures show cash position was $4m end FY with $1.1m coming this half + $200k from bio elixia sale and say another $400-$500k from other sources.
The question is what is our cash burn for July, August, September and October?

We know that the pre-evidentiary hearing may well be happening this month. This may well be enough. If the evidence is as strong as POH suggest and the outcome is to proceed with hearing the next month then I would expect a settlement to occur.

The point is we may know sooner than later.
There's not a lot factored into the share price for Mylan. When POH released the announcement of the pursuit of $300m the share price did nothing.
My point is if you're going to raise money at 2c you may as well wait 6 weeks to see if we get a pay out where the share price will at least double purely on cash backing.
If they need money short term for costs then a small placement may be on, maybe finally the opportunity for directors to get some shares, similar to what recently occurred at NEU.
