HT, what's your take on the general claims escrow account?
It expires end of this year. What happens to that $100m when it expires? Does it return to Strides?
Even though Mylan still have the corporate guarantee until 2020, wouldn't it be in Mylan's best interest to resolve this with the $100m they have available now (that will expire anyway), to still give them the $200m buffer until 2020 for other issues that may arise?
